Our goal is to keep shipping fees as low as possible for our online customers. Our website provides a variety of shipping options for you to choose from depending on how fast you’d like your order to arrive. We offer flat rate expedited shipping, and even for our express shipping options, shipping prices generally do not increase sharply as products are added to your order, which allows you to save costs by combining as many products as possible into a single order.
We do not charge for GST or provincial sales tax on our food items. GST of 5% is charged on all accessories and other non-food items.
Excluding civic and statutory holidays, all orders will be processed in one or two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification. Actual delivery dates are determined by the carrier and shipping service selected. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delays in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer. If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order, please contact us right away.
Evoolution is not responsible for any shipments that are delayed or lost in transit. Evoolution is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees and taxes. All destination charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Canadian dollars. All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars.
Changes in Shipping Rates or Policies
Policies and/or shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We may change our shipping rates and/or update our policies from time-to-time. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies described above if changes occur after your order is placed, but before it is shipped. In such an event, you will be given the option to proceed under the updated policy or to cancel your order and receive full refund for your purchase. Please check this page regularly for updates.
For health and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please e-mail us with the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your invoice number
- The item(s) you purchased
- The reason for your concern
We will contact you with information about any steps we are able to take to fix the situation. Please note that for the return of any non-food merchandise, we will only pay return shipping charges if we have made an error or the product has arrived damaged. Returns of non-food merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
